Klondike

On friday and saturday me and my scout troop had to go up to cedar mountain and build a snow cave to sleep in for one night. At the first of the campout I felt like I was going to throw up. Then the scout leaders gave me some fruit and water and that helped a lot. A couple hours after that, I was freezing to death! My hands were extremly stiff and I couldnt feel them. But after I sat in the truck with the heater on for about a half hour I was fine. When me and one of my friends finally got the cave done we went to sleep. There was this little cabin thing that you could go in if your cave got to cold or you couldnt get to sleep. Almost everyone in my troop went over there after only three hours. But I slept in my snow cave all night and didnt wake up once. They claim that I was pushing them out but the cave was big enough for five people. There just to embarassed to admit whos the bigger man when it comes to cold.
